The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, accompanied by the RA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan, laid flowers in the Parliament park at the monument perpetuating the memory of the state and political figures – the NA President, the National Hero Karen Demirchyan, the Prime Minister, the National Hero Vazgen Sargsyan, the NA Vice Presidents Yuri Bakhshyan, Ruben Miroyan, the Hero of the Artsakh Liberation War, the NA deputy Armenak Armenakyan, the NA deputies Mikayel Kotanyan, Henrik Abrahamyan, the Minister Leonard Petrosyan, who were the victims of terrorism on October 27, 1999 in the NA session hall.

The Head of the NA Civil Contract Faction Hayk Konjoryan, the Secretary of the faction Artur Hovhannisyan, the Chairs of the NA Standing Committees, the members of the Government were also present at the ceremony.

They observed a one-minute of silence to honour the bright memory of the victims of October 27.
